1. Return Period

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Return requests submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and unworn.

  • The item has not been washed, altered, or damaged.

  • All original tags are attached.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • The product is free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or any signs of use.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

3. Video Recording Requirement

To help protect both our customers and AWAISHU from shipping-related disputes, we require customers to make a continuous, unedited video recording while opening the package.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening.

  • The shipping label.

  • The entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.

  • The condition of the product upon arrival.

This video may be requested when reporting:

  • Wrong item received.

  • Missing item(s).

  • Damaged product.

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Shipping damage.

Claims submitted without a clear unedited unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been worn or used.

  • Products without original tags.

  • Products damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period.

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable).

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item,

  • A defective product,

  • An incorrect item,

  • Or an incomplete order,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product.

  • The required unboxing video.

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.

6. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Wait for return authorization before shipping the item.

  3. Securely package the product with all original contents.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AWAISHU is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

8. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

9. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you need a different size or color, please contact our support team. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow this Refund Policy.

11. Fraud Prevention

AWAISHU reserves the right to deny refund or return requests if we reasonably believe there has been abuse of this policy, fraudulent activity, or false claims.
